Important Lease Information  

  • USH is a separate entity from WCU.
  • In signing a lease with USH you are guaranteed a bed space.
  • Once you sign your lease, you will be able to choose your roommates and suite/apartment, based on availability.   
  • You will be signing a 9 month lease agreement and will be financially responsible for the whole academic year.
  • All housing costs will be paid directly to USH.

Withdrawal Protection

Protect yourself by selecting the USH Withdrawal Protection Plan. In the event you withdrawal from WCU, the Protection Plan protects you from having to pay the full rent of the lease.

Protect Your Belongings

USH partners with Grad Guard renter’s insurance. In the application process you will have the option to select Grad Guard to protect yourself while you are away from home.

Terminate Your Lease

If you signed a lease with USH but are no longer attending WCU, or if your housing plans have changed, you are required to officially terminate your lease with USH.
