Spring Application Process
The USH application process will be available beginning on October 16, 2025 at 10:00am.
Incoming students will start their application in the WCU RamPortal by completing the Application for On Campus Living and selecting USH as their provider.
Current WCU students will apply in the USH Resident Portal.
How the Process Works for
Spring Applicants
For New Incoming Students:
Complete WCU’s Application for On-Campus Living in the RamPortal and Select USH as your provider.
Current WCU Students:
Apply directly in the USH Resident Portal
Applications will be offered on a rolling basis as students apply. Applications are offered in the order in students Request Housing for the Spring 2026 semester.
Login/Create an account in the USH Resident Portal.
Click on the Housing Application tab.
Select Spring 2026 Only from the drop-down menu and click the Continue button.
Complete the first page of requested information and click Continue.
On the next page, select the button that says Start Application. If you have previously started an application for the 2025-2026 academic year, the button may say Continue Application.
You will be directed to a page that confirms you have submitted a Request for Housing with USH for the Spring 2026 semester.
Timeline
October 16th, 2025
Application Opens at 10:00AM
Applications are offered on a rolling-basis, based on availability of Spring Housing Applications.
The Spring 2026 Application will remain open through Winter Break and into the beginning of the Spring semester.
Don’t Forget
Returning Student Housing for 2026-2027 opens in October.
If you are interested in living with USH for 2026-2027, don’t forget to apply for housing for next year as well.
