USH has different Move-In and Arrival options!

Incoming students choose between Drop & Go and Move-In. Drop & Go occurs August 16th and 17th, and Move-In Days are August 20th and 21st.

We welcome Returning Students back to campus with Move-In Days on August 22nd and 23rd.

Come to campus early to drop off ALL of your belongings, set up your room, then leave campus until the Arrival Group return to campus!

The Do’s of Decorating

Follow these recommendations to avoid wall damage and charges at move-out.

  • Use a removable adhesive such as Elmer’s Tac ‘n Stik, push-pins, and painters tape.
  • Follow the product instructions for installation and removal.
  • While we do not encourage the use of command hooks or LED strip lights, if you are going to use them, please put painters tape behind them so they do not damage dry wall upon removal.

The Don’ts of Decorating

Follow these recommendations to avoid wall damage and charges at move-out.

  • NO duct tape, self-adhesive hooks, nails, screws, double-sided tape, glue, or sticky putty.
  • NO stickers or hooks adhered to the mirrors, doors or windows.
  • Gel clings are prohibited on any surface in the suite or apartment.
  • DO NOT hang decorations from the ceiling, or light fixtures.
  • DO NOT mount items such as TVs, shelving, or storage units on walls.
